Biomass Gasification Furnace
High-Efficiency Biomass Pyrolysis Gasifier for Renewable Energy System Utilization
Biomass Gasification Furnace Overview
Our biomass gasifiers utilize novel high-temperature pyrolysis gasification technology. Under anoxic/anaerobic conditions, they convert low-calorific-value solid biomass feedstocks (agricultural and forestry waste, straw, sawdust, rice husks, etc.) into clean, combustible gas through thermochemical reactions. We provide one-stop design, production, and installation services, suitable for various applications such as rural distributed energy, industrial heating, biomass power generation, and carbon-gas cogeneration. They are an ideal choice for biomass energy and waste recycling projects.

Biomass Gasification Furnace
Working Principle of Biomass Gasification Furnace
The biomass pyrolysis gasification process in our down-suction gasifier has four interconnected stages (no clear boundaries between zones):
1. Drying Layer (200-300℃)
The top layer is the drying zone—the first step in biomass conversion to energy. Materials added from above exchange heat with hot gas from lower zones, evaporating moisture.
2. Pyrolytic Layer (500-600℃)
Dry biomass moves down to the pyrolytic layer, where heating triggers pyrolysis—the heart of biomass energy conversion. Most volatile components separate from solids by 500-600℃, leaving charcoal.
3. Oxide Layer (Up to 1000℃)
Charcoal from pyrolysis reacts vigorously with air, releasing heat for the biomass gasifier’s subsequent reactions. Oxygen-limited combustion produces carbon monoxide while releasing additional heat.
4. Reduction Layer (600-800℃)
No oxygen exists here—this is where key syngas production happens. Carbon dioxide from the oxide layer reacts with charcoal and steam to generate carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen (H₂), the main components of clean combustible gas.
Why Choose Our Biomass Gasification Furnace?
Our proprietary high-temperature biomass gasification process puts our engineering application research at the domestic forefront. We quickly turn R&D breakthroughs into real-world solutions, undertaking major pilot and industrial projects globally and setting technical standards for domestic industries.
We use biomass gasification polygeneration technology to eliminate tar and wood vinegar production, cutting secondary pollution and reducing equipment, accessory, and maintenance costs. By harnessing the sensible heat of hot gas, we boost gas calorific value—delivering far higher energy efficiency than traditional energy equipment.
Our equipment handles all common biomass feedstock (straw, wood chips, rice husks, palm shells, bagasse, agricultural/forestry waste)—a key advantage for waste-to-energy equipment versatility. It works with materials 30-50mm in particle size and ≤20% moisture content, solving the challenge of disposing diverse agricultural and forestry wastes.
With a decade of biomass gasification furnace manufacturing experience, we offer end-to-end services: design, production, installation, and commissioning. We also provide EMC energy management cooperation—custom energy-saving solutions where we share savings with customers for mutual benefit.
We stand by the philosophy: “Leading technology, reliable products, quality as life.” Our equipment features rational design, advanced technology, and top-tier quality—upholding industrial biomass equipment standards. Continuous innovation and improved management give us a clear competitive edge domestically and internationally.
Which Materials can be Processed?

Main Application Scenarios
1. Rural Distributed Biomass Gasification Co-production
We deliver integrated heat-electricity-gas solutions for rural areas: clean gas for cooking and heating via pipelines, rural biomass power generation with connected generators, and biochar for charcoal-based fertilizers and soil amendments.
2. Industrial Waste Gasification Cleaning Heating/Gas Supply
Alongside biomass syngas, it produces high-value biochar products: activated carbon, barbecue charcoal, mosquito-repellent incense charcoal, and capacitor carbon (with strong market potential)—adding extra revenue streams for customers.
3. Biomass Carbon-Gas Co-production
Alongside biomass syngas, it produces high-value biochar products: activated carbon, barbecue charcoal, mosquito-repellent incense charcoal, and capacitor carbon (with strong market potential)—adding extra revenue streams for customers.
4. Biomass Power Generation
Pair it with 500KW+ power generation units for grid-connected biomass power generation projects. Electricity can be sold to the grid or used on-site, while waste heat is recycled for heating—achieving cascade energy utilization.
